The panel work makes the page. What comes with it does not always: the fluid service a cab-off carries, the fasteners that hold a cab together, the water test after the glass and roof go back, the aim on lamps that came out for the hood. Each one is small enough to let go. Across a year they are not small at all — and unlike a short pay, nobody is arguing about them. They were never billed.

Who builds it.
Truck Hero LLC is a Hero Group company. We build software for the money side of collision repair, and we started with the part of it that nobody enjoys: getting paid for work that was already done.
Heavy-duty is not light-vehicle work with bigger panels, and it is not something you can pick up from a rulebook, so we did not try. Truck Hero is trained by industry experts and understands what belongs inside R&I labor, when an alignment is warranted and when it is not, and the operations a heavy-duty repair carries that a light-vehicle rulebook never asks about. Those rules are in the product today.
Behind the review sits a reference library of manufacturer repair documentation for heavy trucks, so a finding can point at the procedure it came from instead of an opinion.
